Uninvited guests in the garden: how to get rid of moles, cats and snails?

It happens that our garden does not look far from what we wanted, although we invested in his departure, a lot of effort and time. The lawn does not resemble an even green carpet, the ridges are dotted with the moves of rodents, and the flowers fade in front of the eyes. The uninvited guests in the garden are to blame! Cats, moles, snails are able to destroy the entire garden in a short time. To decay these creatures from your site, you can try to use devices or chemicals that restrained them. But they are not always effective, but they cost a lot. So it is much more profitable to use home remedies. We love them, but not when they dig out the recently planted flowers or bulbs of rare varieties of tulips. If you already have such a bitter experience, try to scare them away:- Pilled with naphthalin around the beds and flower beds that cats dig up.- Slow down a piece of fabric saturated with vinegar, the smell of which cats cannot tolerate. Wet the fabric every 7-10 days. You can apply camphor instead of vinegar.- Water the garden every evening. Cats do not like raw land. Little creatures with appetite eat leaves of carefully well -groomed decorative plants, selecting not only their beauty, but also strength. What to do with these pests?- Prepare a snail trap. Brease a jar in the ground (its edge should be flush with the ground) and pour a little beer into it, which snails love very much. Attracted by his smell, they will fall into a jar and sink. - A more humane way is to dousing coffee leaves. Snails do not like its smell, therefore, they can leave your garden .- Sprinkle the edges of the flower garden with a large gravel or gravel with sharp edges. For snails, this is a practically insurmountable barrier.- Sprinkle pests with salt, from which they will die, and then collect them and throw them into garbage. I am closely that these are useful creatures under guard. But, unfortunately, their embankments of the Earth strongly spoil the lawn, and from the destruction of the root system of plants when “laying” the tunnels dry the flowers.- Stop the stick into the ground and hang various bottles on them. Rolled by the wind, they will make the sounds of frightening moles. This method can be much more effective than the devices that emit ultrasound. The mole over time gets used to the same type of sounds, the bottles are always noisy.- Mix half a glass of castor oil with 8 liters of water and pour into a mole burr. This method is harmless to animals, but will prompt them to leave your garden.- Plant velvet, basil, garlic, and march in the garden. Their smell scares moles. 1 win
