Dry floor based on gypsum -accommodation plates - quickly and conveniently

For a long time, it was believed that the alternatives of the cement-sand screed of the floor practically do not exist and this is the only correct option for equipping the floor. However, recently, the so -called “dry floor” has become popular. So what is a dry floor? This is a well -thought -out, technological structure that is mounted on the basis of gypsum -accommodation plates. With the help of a simple installation, for which the manufacturers of these plates were provided for everything you need, you can get an almost monolithic base that will become an excellent basic for the finish flooring, whatever it may be. The plasters are used in the dry floor technology, have quite large sizes - 150x50x1cm. At the base of each such panel there are folds, about five centimeters wide and two centimeters thick. At first glance, it may seem that the installation of the dry floor will need a whole team of physically developed masters or the help of all members of seven and neighbors. However, in fact, this is not so. The plate of gypsum fiber is surprisingly light and at the same time differ in great strength. The dry floor is collected elementary. The process resembles the assembly of other materials that are built on a similar principle. For example, this is how plastic panels, laminate and some other popular finishing materials are collected. It is the assembly of the panels into a single whole that is called the installation of the dry floor and this is what the main efforts should be directed. How to assemble a dry floor? First of all, you need to mark around the perimeter of the room. To do this, you can use the laser level or level of construction, traditional varieties. The most important thing is to draw a flat line symbolizing the level of the future sex. Then they put a roofing material or a thick plastic film as a waterproofing on the floor. It is clear that the waterproofing is laid overlair to avoid any possible problems with leaks. Next, a layer of sand is poured over the waterproofing. For this, coarse expanded clay sand is best suited. However, for lack of other options, you can take the usual river sand. Now, when the preparation is completed, the installation of the dry floor begins. This process begins with the installation of a bromatic tape. This tape should completely wrap the perimeter of the room. Gypsum -fiber slabs are mounted simply. One plate is placed next to another. If the manufacturer provided grooves and crests on the ends, then they should perfectly coincide with each other. If the previous stages of preparation were performed properly (especially for pouring and ramps of sand), then this work can hardly cause anyone difficulties. After the end of the work, the joints between the individual gypsum -accommodation slabs can be plugged with high -quality, plastic putty. However, if the joints are not too noticeable, then this is not necessary. The flooring, which will be laid on top of the dry floor, will fully hide any flaws and joints, so that they will not be noticeably. The floor is quickly and convenient. king567 casino
