- Preparing optimum layout of the plant considering various factors including availability of resources, raw material and finished good storage, utility, weather condition, future expansion plan etc
- Design of machines and utility & auxiliary equipment as per the need
- Design of energy conservation, waste management, environmental control and other important parameters as per the need
- Manufacturing, monitoring and testing of all the machines
- Inspection of equipment and all the items at various stages of manufacturing
- Final inspection for quality and proper export worthy packing before shipment
- Documentation, logistics and shipment to assure timely delivery at lowest possible shipment cost
- Construction of factory building using Pre-engineered structures, if needed.
- Complete integration of the project and co-ordinate with various agencies to ensure timely completion of the project
- Installation of the plant and machineries and take the trial production
- Commissioning of the plant and put it in to commercial production
