Selection process

There are a few steps to complete before we can welcome you on board. This process will help you make sure you are applying for the right role and give you the opportunity to get to know us before you begin working here.

Apply online

This is your opportunity to give us as much information as possible about yourself so that we can make sure that you’ll be a perfect match at Labh Group. We ask all applicants to complete the online application form to ensure everyone is assessed fairly and objectively. A member of our recruitment team reads each application.

Screening applications

This is the rigorous process of scrutinizing all the applications on the basis of the required skills and qualifications matching the job description.

Multiple interview rounds

Your first interview will either be telephonic or over a video call. If you clear the first round, then we invite you for a face-to-face interview conducted at the company’s head office. We are particularly keen to find out about you as a person – your strengths and attributes, and what you’re interested in.

We recommend you to think about your hobbies, leadership positions, and extra-curricular activities, as well as any work or other experiences you’ve had that you think may be relevant to Labh Group. It’s also useful to think about what questions you’d like to ask your interviewer.
